The tv didn’t work properly but other than that had a good stay

What was the highlight of ibis budget Cardiff Centre
Clean, cheap, available. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful; one even moved her car to enable us to park on the carpark. It was great that we could have our dog there with us too.
Someone in the hotel was smoking drugs... the corridor smelt of weed. I did not much like the area which felt a bit unsafe.

What was the highlight of ibis budget Cardiff Centre
The room was very clean. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in the past, this was the first budget hotel, and far surpassed all the others not just the cleaness of the room, but all the areas including the lifts. The staff were very friendly,and offering directions to our venue. The air conditioning was fab, we had it on all night and never heard it as it was so quiet, definitely a first!, We will definitely be returning and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who will listen.
The only complaint was the breakfast. Very little choice for a continental.

The hotel was in an ideal position, walking distance to shops and bay, continental breakfast was good, rooms basic but clean, bed very comfortable would definitely stay again.
